Origin Access Basic or Premier... One or the other

What is Origin Access:

Origin Access launched on 12 January 2016 for PC. It was one of the first subscription bases games available and gave you access to the Origin Vault which was filled with all different games. Older games was free to play on Origin Access and new games was able to be tested in advanced for 10 hours before it had to be purchased. On 31 July 2018, Origin Access launched their Premier Vault allowing players to pick between the cheaper BASIC option and the much more expensive PREMIER option.
